These Terms govern your use of GoStuds, a platform operated by Outnext Private Limited, and explain your rights and responsibilities.

1. Introduction

GoStuds ("Platform", "Service") is operated by Outnext Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered office at Nathawatpura, Sikar, Rajasthan – 332001, India ("Outnext", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Outnext and govern your access to and use of the Platform.

GoStuds is built for people who want to create, collaborate, and move ideas forward together. These Terms exist to help you clearly understand how the Platform works, what you can expect, and how to use it responsibly. When you use GoStuds, you become part of a system where trust, effort, and collaboration matter. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Code of Conduct and Content Policy (incorporated by reference), help keep that system fair and reliable for everyone.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using GoStuds, you agree to these Terms and how the platform operates. This means you understand the rules that help maintain a smooth experience for everyone. We've kept things clear so you don't have to deal with unnecessary complexity. If at any point you feel these Terms don't work for you, you can stop using the platform. Continued use simply means you're comfortable with how things function here.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

GoStuds is designed for individuals who are at least 18 years old and are serious about building and collaborating. When creating an account, you're expected to provide accurate and honest information so others can understand who you are. Your profile is your identity on the platform, and it plays a major role in how others connect with you. You are also responsible for keeping your account secure and managing access to it properly. If something feels off, it's important to take action quickly. For clarity, this includes:

  • You must not create accounts using false identities or misleading information.
  • You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
  • You should immediately report any unauthorized access or suspicious activity.

4. Description of the Platform

GoStuds helps you find the right people and actually build something meaningful. It is designed to reduce the friction of finding teammates and managing collaborative work. You can create projects, assign tasks, communicate with your team, and explore opportunities in one place. The platform also includes AI-powered tools to support your workflow and decision-making. At its core, GoStuds is about helping you move from idea to execution with the right people.

5. User Responsibilities

Every user plays a role in shaping the experience of the platform. Being honest, respectful, and clear in your interactions helps build trust and better collaborations. Misleading others or behaving irresponsibly affects not just one person but the entire ecosystem. The platform works best when everyone treats it like a serious space to build. Simple responsibility goes a long way here. To make expectations clear:

  • Represent your skills and experience truthfully.
  • Communicate respectfully with other users.
  • Use the platform for genuine collaboration and not for misuse.

6. Messaging and Communication

Communication is a core part of GoStuds, and the messaging system is built to support that. Whether you're discussing ideas or coordinating work, these interactions help projects move forward. Messages may be stored and processed so the system works properly and improves over time. It's important to keep conversations respectful and relevant. Clear communication leads to better outcomes. In addition:

  • Avoid sending spam or irrelevant messages.
  • Do not use messaging for harassment or harmful behavior.
  • Use communication tools to collaborate, not disrupt.

7. Projects and Collaboration

GoStuds provides the space to create and collaborate, but the outcome of any project depends entirely on the people involved. Every team works differently, and success is not guaranteed by the platform. You are responsible for choosing who you work with and how you manage your project. Clear expectations and communication within your team are key. The platform supports the process, but execution is always yours.

8. Tasks and Work Management

Task management features help bring structure to your projects and make teamwork more organized. You can assign tasks, track progress, and manage responsibilities within your team. This reduces confusion and helps everyone stay aligned. However, the completion and quality of tasks depend on the team members. GoStuds provides the system, but consistency and effort come from users.

9. Networking and Connections

GoStuds helps you discover and connect with people who align with your goals. These connections can lead to meaningful collaborations and opportunities. You have full control over who you connect with and how you interact. The platform simply makes discovery easier. Building the right network is a key part of building anything meaningful.

10. Profile and Public Information

Your profile is your representation on GoStuds and plays a major role in how others perceive you. It includes your skills, interests, and the type of work you're looking to do. Some parts of your profile may be visible to others to enable collaboration. You have control over what you share, but clarity and honesty improve your chances of finding the right opportunities. A strong profile leads to better connections.

11. Search and Discovery

The platform helps you find teammates, projects, and opportunities based on your interests and activity. This reduces the effort required to discover relevant people and work. While we aim to provide useful suggestions, they are not guaranteed matches. You still make the final decision on who to connect with. Think of it as a tool to guide you, not decide for you.

12. AI Features and Smart Assistance

AI features are designed to support your workflow and help you move faster. They can assist with idea generation, teammate recommendations, task planning, system architecture and system design generation, platform-flow generation, an AI chat assistant, and code and diagram generation. These tools are meant to enhance your thinking, not replace it. You should always review and validate outputs before acting on them. Used correctly, they can significantly improve productivity. To be clear:

  • AI outputs are suggestions, not guarantees.
  • You are responsible for decisions based on AI results.
  • Avoid sharing sensitive or confidential information in AI inputs.

13. Hackathons and Events

GoStuds may provide access to hackathons and events where users can collaborate and build together. These are opportunities to explore ideas, meet people, and learn through experience. Participation is always optional. Each event may have its own structure and guidelines. The value you get depends on how you engage with it.

14. Content Ownership and License

Everything you create on GoStuds belongs to you, including your profile, messages, and project work. We do not claim ownership over your ideas or content. However, to make the platform function properly, we require permission to store and display your content within the system. This allows your work to be visible and usable for collaboration. The goal is functionality, not control.

15. Prohibited Activities

To maintain a safe and productive environment, certain behaviors are not allowed. These include misleading users, abusing platform features, or engaging in harmful activities. Such actions can negatively affect others and disrupt the platform. When detected, appropriate steps may be taken. This ensures fairness and safety for all users.

16. Suspension and Termination

If these Terms are not followed or the platform is misused, accounts may be restricted or removed. This is done to protect the community and maintain a healthy environment. Decisions are made carefully and based on the situation. Users who respect the platform will not face issues. The system works best when everyone contributes positively.

17. Disclaimers

GoStuds helps you connect and build, but it does not guarantee outcomes. Not every collaboration will succeed, and that's a natural part of building. The platform provides tools and opportunities, but results depend on users. Understanding this helps set realistic expectations. It's about enabling progress, not promising results.

18. Limitation of Liability

GoStuds is not responsible for outcomes related to user interactions, projects, or decisions made on the platform. You choose who you work with and how you proceed. While we aim to provide a reliable system, we cannot control individual actions. Responsibility remains with the users. This keeps expectations clear and fair.

19. Indemnity

By using GoStuds, you agree to take responsibility for your actions and how you use the platform. If your actions lead to issues or disputes, you are accountable for them. This helps maintain trust within the system. Everyone is expected to act responsibly. That's how the platform stays balanced.

20. Changes to the Terms

As GoStuds evolves, these Terms may be updated to reflect improvements and new features. We aim to keep everything transparent and easy to understand. Updates will be reflected clearly. Continuing to use the platform means you accept those changes. Growth requires adaptation.

21. Subscriptions, Billing and Payments

GoStuds offers a free plan and one or more paid subscription plans (such as Pro and Max) that unlock additional features and higher usage limits. The features, usage limits and prices of each plan are as described on the Platform's pricing page, which we may update from time to time. The following terms apply to paid subscriptions:

  • Pricing and taxes: Prices are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), where required by law. The total amount payable, inclusive of taxes, is shown to you before you complete a payment.
  • Payment processor: Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Razorpay. We do not collect or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or netbanking credentials; such payment-instrument data is handled directly by Razorpay under applicable payment-security standards (including PCI-DSS).
  • Prepaid, fixed term: Subscriptions are prepaid for a fixed term (such as monthly or annual) selected by you at the time of purchase. Access to the paid features is enabled upon successful payment.
  • No auto-renewal: Subscriptions do NOT auto-renew. We do not store your card for recurring use and no amount is debited from you without you actively initiating a fresh payment. When your term ends, your account reverts to the free plan unless you choose to purchase a subscription again.
  • Usage limits and fair use: Paid plans include usage limits, such as a daily limit on AI chat messages shared per team. We may apply reasonable limits and anti-abuse measures to maintain availability and prevent misuse of AI and other features.
  • Changes to plans and pricing: We may add, change or discontinue plans, features or prices on a prospective basis. Such changes do not affect a term you have already paid for.
  • Refunds and cancellation: Payments, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
  • Non-payment and disputes: We may suspend or downgrade access to paid features in the event of non-payment, a chargeback or a payment dispute, subject to applicable law.

By purchasing a paid subscription, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method and that the information you provide for payment is accurate and complete.

23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to any statutory rights you may have to approach a competent authority under applicable law, the courts at Sikar / Rajasthan, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, claim or proceeding arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform.
